Eligibility Criteria for BMTC Conductor 2024

Age Limit

• Minimum: 18 years
• Maximum (Varies by Category):
  • General candidates: 35 years
  • Category 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B: 38 years
  • SC/ST/Category I: 40 years
  • Ex-Servicemen/Departmental Candidates: 45 years

Educational Qualification

• PUC (Arts, Commerce, or Science) or 10+2 from state board, ICSE, or CBSE.
• 3-year diploma from Department of Technical Education is acceptable.
• Valid motor vehicle driving license and badge are mandatory.

Salary Structure of BMTC Conductor 2024

Selected candidates will begin as “On the Job Trainees” for one year, receiving a training allowance of ₹9,100 per month. After completing training, they will undergo a two-year probationary service, with a salary scale of ₹18,660-₹25,300. Successful completion of probation leads to confirmation in the position.
