Eligibility Criteria for NIPER Guwahati Vacancy 2024

1. Age Limit: Maximum 50 Years.
   • Age Relaxation:
     • SC/ST: 5 years
     • OBC: 3 years
     • PwD (Unreserved): 10 years
     • PwD (OBC): 13 years
     • PwD (SC/ST): 15 years 
2. Professor: Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences/ Pharmaceutical Chemistry/ Organic Chemistry/ Medicinal Chemistry or equivalent with First class or equivalent grade at the preceding degree (M.Pharm/MS/M.Sc.) in relevant fields with at least 10 years of Teaching/Research/Industrial experience.
3. Assistant Professor: Ph.D. in Biotechnology/Bioscience & Bioengineering/Life Sciences/Biomedical Sciences with First class or equivalent grade at the preceding degree (M.Pharm/MS/M.Tech/M.Sc.) in relevant fields with at least 5 years of Teaching/Research/Industrial experience.
4. Scientist/ Technical Supervisor Grade-I: M.Sc. / M Pharmacy/M.V.Sc. from a recognized University/Institute.
5. Assistant Grade-II: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized Institute/University.

• Teaching and Group-A officers (Pay level 10 and above): Rs. 1000/-
• Other non-teaching posts: Rs. 500/-
